Fully owned and operated in Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada, we are proud to have the distinction of being the first Internet Service Provider in the East Kootenay. Like our investments in state of the art hardware and a NEW advanced fibre optic link direct to the Internet backbone, providing the best throughput and signal quality to all levels of our clientele. Irregardless of whether you want a highspeed DSL connection or just a 56K modem connection from us, we offer you unrivalled speeds and reliability. In fact, all of our dial-up modems are digital ready and are fully 56K capable. We do not buy into old and out-dated equipment like some other providers do. We purchase only equipment that are upgradeable to the latest technology standard and equipment that are scalable, for ease of further expansion. That, we think, is money well spent.

Support
As most of our clients are new computer purchasers, chances are they are also new Internet users. At Cyberlink, we make the Internet as simple to use as possible. If you are software-phobic, our friendly support staff will guide you step by step on how to set you up to connect to us. If you run into any problems, try calling our technical support staff and surprise, you actually get a live operator -- unlike other support lines that require you navigate through their switchboard system only to be put on hold for 20 minutes or more. For corporate clients who have more complex network problems, we have skilled technicians that can offer on-site support so that your business operation is undisrupted.

Reliable
